Jennifer Hernandez joins us from within the University of Massachusetts as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Finance and Administration department of Information Technology. Her position was responsible for timekeeping, invoicing, customer service and providing administrative support to her team.
As an essential role for UMassOnline, Jennifer's Customer Support Coordinator responsibilities include responding to student and campus inquiries, maintaining customer support database, keeping program and student related information current on the UMassOnline website as well as assisting with support related initiatives. Her positive attitude, intelligence and enthusiasm are a key asset to UMassOnline and will serve online students well.
Jennifer currently is a Criminal Justice degree candidate and expecting to earn her Bachelor's degree in 2010. She resides with her family in Worcester, Massachusetts. |
