As Manager of Emerging Technology and Training for UMassOnline, Stefanie works with new e-learning tools and products, provides training to the UMass campus constituents, and supports the learning management system. With over a decade of technical experience, Stefanie brings her passion for e-learning, web technology, and instructional design to UMassOnline.
Prior to joining UMassOnline in 2005, Stefanie worked as a web developer at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, MA. There she developed and designed numerous web sites for the University's internet and intranet as well as for the public sectors of Commonwealth Medicine. While at the Medical School, Stefanie led monthly training sessions on using the campus-wide content management system. She also served as a computer technology instructor for the Office of Outreach Programs teaching computer skills to under-represented and disadvantaged health care students.
Stefanie holds an M.Ed. in Instructional Design from the University of Massachusetts Boston and a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. |
