Advisors Are Here To Help
Academic advisors are available to provide currently enrolled and prospective students assistance in planning their academic programs. Advisors can help you decide if a program meets your needs, offer advice on course selection, and help you with the transcript evaluation and the transfer credit process. Advisors can also provide referrals to other campus offices to help students navigate the University's diverse resources.
Generally, advisors keep office hours from: 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday.

What Students Are Saying
UMassOnline was a terrific way to finish the bachelor's degree I started almost 30 years ago. I was convinced that being an only-parent with a full-time job meant that going back to school was something I'd have to wait years for.
