Independent Study: MPH in Nutrition Capstone Part 1

Real-world public health nutrition problems are complex and require inspired and innovative thinking to address them. This course is grounded in reflective conversation and critical thinking. Each student will explore a problem in public health nutrition in a systematic and iterative process of problem-solving in the form of a policy brief. The emphasis is on the process of identifying and trying to solve a challenging public health nutrition problem by using critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills. Part of the Online Master of Public Health in Nutrition program.
