Students will hone, improve, and integrate their circuit analysis skills by mastering a series of modules covering topics and techniques in E&C-ENG 211, such as independent and dependent voltage and current sources; nodal and mesh analysis; Thevenin and Norton equivalence; ideal op-amps; RL, RC, and RLC circuits; and applications of the Laplace transform. Emphasis will be on learning concepts, skills, and techniques well enough that students are able to make thoughtful decisions about which are most useful for any particular circuit. Completion is intended to be an excellent preparation for E&C-ENG 212.
