Special Topics- Family Psychology

This course provides an overview of family psychology, with emphasis on the breadth of intrapersonal, interpersonal and sociocultural factors that shape family experiences. A risk and resilience framework is employed as a means of examining many of the challenges families experience in contemporary America, while highlighting the array of strengths that keep families alive and thriving.
