To introduce the kingdom of fungi and explore how we can integrate fungi into our lives. Students will learn skills to find, identify, and cultivate mushrooms. The class will explore different methods of cultivation with varying levels of experience and equipment needed. Part of the Sustainable Food and Farming Associate's Degree and the Sustainable Food and Farming Certificate (undergraduate).
