The Certificate Program in Website Design and Development is designed to provide students with the knowledge they need to design and implement effective, dynamic websites.

Web Design Track or Web Development Track

Students pursuing this certificate program have the option of taking either the Web Design Track or the Web Development Track, depending on their particular area of interest. Students pursuing the Web Design Track should have basic familiarity with HTML. Those who do not have basic familiarity with HTML are encouraged to take 90.291 Intro to DHTML as one of their electives prior to taking the required courses in this track.

To be considered for acceptance into a certificate or degree program, students must hold a high school diploma or a General Education Development (GED) Certificate. Continuing Studies and Corporate Education operates on a rolling admissions basis and each application is reviewed when the student's file is complete. Students must be admitted to a degree or certificate program in order to be eligible for most financial aid.
