The University of Massachusetts Lowell online Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree lets you pursue a broad range of subjects, providing you with a well-rounded education and preparing you to better-handle the daily demands of work and life.

This online liberal arts degree program is designed to provide you with a balanced liberal arts curriculum, while allowing you to focus your studies in two areas of concentration. Students may choose their two concentrations from the following subjects: Art History, English, History, Legal Studies, Psychology and Women's Studies.

By providing you with a strong foundation in Liberal Arts, plus in-depth study in two concentrations, this online Bachelor's degree helps prepare you for situations that require a deeper understanding of the psychological, historical, and sociological issues affecting our society today.

New students register for courses using UMass Lowell's New Student Registration Form. Follow the instructions for registering included on the form. Existing students register for their courses online by logging into the secure Intercampus Student Information System (ISIS).

To be considered for acceptance into a certificate or degree program, students must hold a high school diploma or a General Education Development (GED) Certificate. Continuing Studies and Corporate Education operates on a rolling admissions basis and each application is reviewed when the student's file is complete. Students must be admitted to a degree or certificate program in order to be eligible for most financial aid.

3. Official high school transcripts or its equivalent (GED certificate), from applicants with no previous college/university experience.
