Earn your accredited MBA online through UMass Lowell's College of Management. The University of Massachusetts Lowell's Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree program is designed to prepare managers to become effective leaders in a rapidly changing and diverse competitive environment. This MBA program puts great emphasis on using case studies, experiential learning techniques, and field programs applicable to a wide variety of commercial, industrial and not-for-profit settings to integrate theory and practice for students.

The UMass Lowell Online MBA Program is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). AACSB accreditation assures quality and promotes excellence and continuous improvement in business education.
Curriculum
For students who have taken undergraduate courses in Financial Accounting, Business Financial Analysis, Marketing Fundamentals, Operations Fundamentals, Organization Behavior, Global Enterprise and Competition and who have completed those courses with a grade of "B" or better within the past five years (this must be evidenced on your official transcript which you will submit along with your application into the program), the Online MBA program consists of a total of 10 courses (30 credits). For students who have not completed undergraduate coursework in the above areas, the Online MBA consists of a total of 16 courses (42 credits). Courses are offered online every Fall, Spring and Summer, allowing students many opportunities to take courses. Courses are asynchronous, meaning you can access your coursework any time, any where.
As a non-degree student, you can take up to six credits in the Online MBA program before you are formally accepted to the program.

Admission to the MBA program is open to students who have earned four-year baccalaureate degrees and have completed the prerequisite courses in microeconomics and statistics. An aptitude for management decision-making and demonstrated academic ability are the most important qualifications for admission. Applicants should fill out the
Graduate Application and submit an official transcript of grades from their undergraduate institution(s), along with the following:

A score report for TOEFL with a 550 minimum must be submitted if the applicant is a citizen of non-English speaking country or has never earned an academic degree in the United States
