The Graduate Certificate Program in Healthcare Informatics is a 12 credit program designed to facilitate the delivery of modern health care systems by focusing on concepts and tools that aid decision making in healthcare. Admission to the graduate programs in the College of Management at the University of Massachusetts Boston is selective and produces one of the best-qualified groups of graduate student cohorts in the Greater Boston area. Applicants for the Healthcare Informatics certificate will need to submit:
- Official online application and fee ($60 MA Residents)
- Official transcripts (completed bachelor’s degree required)
- Submission of TOEFL or IETLS score (required for all students that submit undergraduate transcripts where the national language is not English. Minimum required score for TOEFL is 85 to be considered).
- Resume (3-5 years of related work experience required)
- 3 letters of recommendation
- Statement of Intent. Please express in less than 1000 words:

Availability of financial aid varies depending on matriculation and course status. Please check with your program manager or advisor to determine your eligibility.
