Are you interested in a career in human resource management or need a stronger background in the context of human resources than in the past? Many organizations now require their human resource staff to hold some type of certification for advancement. This five course certificate, offered by the Isenberg School of Management, can help get you there by giving you the knowledge of some of the various elements of human resource management.

The University of Massachusetts is accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE).

Admissions: 

Applicants must have completed 24 credits of college level course work or 2 years of relevant industry experience. The certificate application can be found here and is accepted on a rolling basis. Before you apply or while your application is being processed, you have the option to try a class.

Financial Aid: 

For certificate programs, you may be eligible for a direct consumer alternative loan. Private loans do not require school certification and proceeds are paid directly to the borrower. When looking for loans, please make sure you specify to the lender that you are looking for a "Direct to consumer loan" or that it is for Continuing Education classes. Financial aid is not available since certificate programs are not degree granting.
