The University of Massachusetts Lowell is accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE).
Applicants will be required to have either their official high school transcript, HiSET®, GED® or their most recent college transcript sent to UMass Lowell. Undergraduate certificate applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and there is no fee to apply. Upon acceptance, notification will be sent to students.
