Behavioral Management in Autism Graduate Certificate

About:
To help meet the growing need for qualified behavioral management professionals, the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) offers a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) credential for individuals who have already earned their bachelor’s degree. BCaBAs play an important role in supporting the growing caseloads of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in school systems, special education programs, residential programs, and community and home therapy programs.

UMass Lowell's four-course Behavioral Management in Autism graduate certificate, available entirely online, is designed to provide students with knowledge of behavior management interventions, skill acquisition procedures, collection and analysis of data, and behavior assessment. Taught by expert behavior analysts, the program provides the BACB verified course sequence designed to help prepare students to take the BCaBA certification exam.

Program Highlights:
  • Verified course sequence for the BCaBA exam
  • Taught by expert behavior analysts
  • Winner of Online Learning Consortium's Excellence Award for Outstanding Teaching and Learning Program
