Kevin O'Brien comes to the UMassOnline family from the Bose Corporation, one of the nation's most prominent names in home theater and professional audio where he was responsible for product and technical support within the Advanced Technical Group. With several years' experience troubleshooting and supporting a wide variety of complex systems, combined with his customer-first attitude, Kevin is a welcomed addition to a very talented team of technical support specialists within UMassOnline.

As the Administrative Application Manager, he is responsible for providing support to UMassOnline's desktop clients and online students known for offering best-in-class 24x7 service and support.

Kevin is a graduate of Expression College for Digital Arts and currently lives with his wife children in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts.
