Maria Cotto joins UMassOnline as the Marketing and Customer Support Coordinator. She comes with vast prior experience in customer service, web management and marketing. She will be responsible for all student inquiries, providing great customer service and assisting the Marketing Team with website maintenance and updates.
Prior to joining UMassOnline, she worked for HealthPort Technologies and at Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center. She is a team player, has a positive attitude and has great work ethics. Maria will be a great asset to the team here at UMassOnline.
Maria obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Becker College in 2010 and she resides with her family in Worcester, Massachusetts.
