Som Seng-Tiarks joined UMassOnline as Marketing Manager in 2006 from the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she developed and managed the Online Bachelor of Business Administration Program and was responsible for customer service, recruiting, admissions, advising, and operations including course scheduling and faculty compensation management.

Elevated to the position of Director of Marketing at UMassOnline in 2012, Ms. Seng-Tiarks is responsible for Lead Generation, National and International Marketing, Brand Managmenet, Public Relations Strategic Planning and Management, Customer Service, Vendor Relations Management, Campus and Systems Office Relations, Website Development and Management, Research and Reporting, Email Marketing, Events Management, and Marketing Operations and Procurement Management.

Ms. Seng-Tiarks holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration (BA) in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and earned her Master's of Business Administration (MBA) online through UMass Lowell.
