The Massachusetts Conference for Women - 10th Anniversary

How do you expect to feel when you are surrounded by 10,000 professional women leaders and entrepreneurs? In one word – inspired! UMassOnline had the opportunity last week to exhibit at The Massachusetts Conference for Women in Boston. What a great feeling it was to see so many empowering women under one roof. As the conference celebrated its 10th anniversary that day, we were all honored with the presence of phenomenal speakers such as Former Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, Academy Award-winning actress Lupita Nyong’o, and fashion designer/CEO Tory Burch. Each one of them delivered such a motivational speech that explained each of their journeys to success. You couldn’t help but leave the conference with a new and positive outlook on your own goals.

Our favorite part was not just listening to the keynote speakers, but connecting with all of the wonderful attendees! We had the chance to speak to hundreds of women that day and each of them had their own story on how they reached success and how some are still continuing to grow. It made the staff at UMassOnline feel inspired and content that we were able to assist a lot of these women with ideas on furthering their education to continue on the path of triumphing their goals.

Overall, it was such an invigorating day of networking and learning. We already can’t wait to attend next year!
