As opposed to traditional learning styles in a classroom when students are on campus, online classes offer a complete digital experience. Because of this, online students have different ways of embracing technology in their studies, especially when it comes to the use of apps. New Online Program Alert: Master of Science in Finance

The Program
The Master of Science in Finance degree is designed to provide students with a greater understanding of financial markets and allows students to study topics such as portfolio management, global financial markets, and more. This program is available fully online through UMass Lowell.

Fall Course Registration- It’s Not Too Late

The leaves are changing, marking the official beginning of the fall season. We are happy to see students new and old are hitting the books once more. Although the new semester is already underway, it is not too late to register for fall online courses at UMass.

This past Friday, UMassOnline had the pleasure of exhibiting at the 3rd Annual UnCommon Job Fair in Worcester, MA. The ‘UnCommon’ aspect is what made the event so unique. The job fair took the stuffiness out of job seeking by taking place outside on the Worcester Common. The change in atmosphere successfully improved engagement since it was a more casual and relaxed environment for attendees and employers alike to connect.
