About: 

UMass Lowell's Certificate Program in Website Design and Development is designed to provide students with the knowledge they need to design and implement effective, dynamic websites.

Students pursuing this certificate program have the option of choosing the Web Design Track or the Web Development Track. The Web Design Track requires basic familiarity with HTML.

  • Courses from this certificate can be counted towards UMass Lowell's Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, which is also available online

Accreditation: 

The University of Massachusetts Lowell is accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE).

 

Admissions: 

Applicants will be required to have either their official high school transcript, HiSET®, GED® or their most recent college transcript if applicable, sent to UMass Lowell. Undergraduate certificate applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and there is no fee to apply. Upon acceptance, notification will be sent to students.
