At the UWW Interdisciplinary Studies degree completion program, you can design your own program of study in human services, bring in or earn up to 105 credits for your prior coursework, prior learning, and work and life experience, and finish your bachelor's degree online without ever having to come to campus.

As part of a public university, the UMass Amherst University Without Walls Interdisciplinary Studies degree completion program is committed to providing you with a great education and helping you save time and money. By offering a generous transfer credit policy and many creative and cost effective ways to earn credit, we are committed to helping you finish your bachelor's degree online as quickly as possible without unnecessary expense to you and your family.
Online, undergraduate, University+ courses are $425 per credit. Credits awarded for life and work experience are a fraction of the cost of course credits.

Admissions Requirements
To be considered for admission, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
A minimum of 12 college credits
A minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA
You have not already earned a bachelor's degree from a U.S. college or university.
Former UMass Amherst students
You are exempt from the minimum GPA and credit requirements. We can help you finish what you started. Welcome back.

We believe the experiences you have had, and the knowledge, skills, and wisdom you have gained over the years matter, and are worthy of up to 105 academic credits (up to 75 transfer and up to 30 residence credits). And earning credit this way saves you time and money.
