UMass Online Exhibits at Conferences Focused on Supporting and Empowering Women

Each year the women-focused conferences are designed to inspire connection, motivation, networking, inspiration and skill building for thousands of women across the country. To date, two conferences have been held; one in Texas and the second in Pennsylvania. Rounding out the final of the three yearly conferences, the Massachusetts Conference for Women will be held on December 10th, virtually.

You’ve heard it over and over: Networking is the key to success. Well, it’s easier to say you should connect with strangers than it is to actually do it. However, the Internet makes networking much easier. There are a wide array of social media sites (like LinkedIn) that are designed to connect people with similar business interests. And, of course, there’s always Facebook.
